SANDTRAY THERAPY
Research suggests the use of sandtray enables the client to freely express themselves emotionally, while reducing their psychological distress.
EXPRESSIVE ARTS
We're created to create. And sometimes, creating something can help us express ourselves when words escape us.
PLAY THERAPY
Ages 6 and Up - According to research, play therapy can benefit anyone regardless of age, gender, or presenting problems.
MOVEMENT
Yoga, Walk and Talk, and even dancing out the jitters.
TELEHEALTH THERAPY
Available to all clients in state of Texas.
